After having an enjoyable opening period for our cooking studio we finally managed to sit down and update our blog ! Sorry for our long absence.
We are glad everyone seemed to like our small but cozy cooking studio. For the opening, we prepared various kinds of koji based kanapes; marinated boiled eggs and tofu in miso, sake kasu etc. All the guests gave us favourable comments with our almost compulsory tasting. Some even suggested selling our original dessert, monaka. I hope you will have your turn to taste them.
