Just as you get surprised how fast children grow, in this season in Japan I often get amazed how fast rice plants grow. In May they were tiny and now in July they are as tall as 50cm.
Our koji presentation and cooking class are steadily becoming popular. So far we had visitors from China, Belgium, the United States, Italy and soon from Singapore and England. We much look forward to each encounter.
